The Singapore Marathon has been run since 1982 and attracts over 10,000 participants. It is run in early December.

The race has a World Athletics Gold Label, and has been actively working to join the illustrious list of World Major Marathons (it has yet to do so).

Singapore has hot and humid weather conditions, so if that is not what you are used to it is an important consideration.
