Truckee is considered one of America's 'Best Adventure Towns' and lies in between both California and Nevada.

This half marathon takes you on Truckee's dirt covered roads, and trail paths around the mesmerising Donner Lake. It is not a flat course by any stretch of the imagination, and the race is not run on closed roads.

This is certainly a beautiful area of the world, and there is so much potential for post race rest, relaxation, or activities (if you feel up to it). Go white water rafting, do some snow sports, or head over to the City of Sin, Las Vegas.
