Bath Half Marathon

This half marathon race starts and finishes in the center of Bath, the largest city in Somerset, England.

Whilst Bath is an extremely hilly city the race route has been designed so as to avoid the large hills that surround the city. As such it is a relatively flat and fast course.

The race attracts 15,000 runners each year and the organisers estimate that 30,000 supporters line the city streets.

The organisers put on a 'Battle of the Bands' each year which sees a number of musical groups performing on the course to keep runners motivated. When you need a boost there will be somebody or something to provide it for you.
