Surrey Half Marathon

This single loop half marathon is run on closed roads in Woking, Surrey. It takes runners out into the countryside on a flat and fast course.

The race attracts around 3,000 participants each year and has won 3 consecutive gold awards from the British Association of Road Races.

They are a friendly and welcoming bunch allowing entertainers of any type to apply to perform on the race route. In 2020 runners were able to request the songs that they wanted to hear the Surrey Advanced Brass Ensemble play.

You can even run the race for free. By volunteering your time to marshal the race you will be rewarded with free entry the following year.
