Finishing at the Sydney Opera House, and allowing runners to cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge traffic free this event offers an opportunity to run one of the most beautiful race courses in the world.
The event has been organised since 2001 and as well as the Marathon offers Half Marathon, 10k, and 3.5 km family run.
The event has World Athletics Gold Label, and attracts over 40,000 participants.
