This course is flat and fast. The fact that (as of March 2020), the half marathon world record (58:01 by Geoffrey Kamworor) was set on this course is indicative of this.
The race is part of the SuperHalfs Half Marathon Race Series, and is a World Athletics Gold Label Race.
The course is very varied, taking you through a number of Copenhagen districts, through the inner city, and down the Frederiksberg Allé (the “Nordic Champs Elysées”).
