Guadalajara is the capital of the state of Jalisco, and is the economic capital of Western Mexico. It is the second most heavily populated area of Mexico (after Mexico City).

Famous for its colonial architecture and its tequila, Guadalajara is extremely popular with tourists and will provide a fantastic post-race holiday destination.
