Barcelona, Spain

12th February 2017

In 2020 close to 20,000 runners finished this half marathon through Catalonia's capital city.

The race route takes in a number of Barcelona's sights including the Torre Glòries and the Arc de Triomf as well as leading runners down Las Ramblas a famous tree lined, tourist filled shopping street in the city (it is cleared for the race).

The race is well supported and attracts sub 1 hour elite athletes to its field. The only bigger race in the city is the Barcelona Marathon.

Once finished take it the remainder of Barcelona's incredible sights, visit Las Ramblas in a non-running capacity, and try out some of the world famous cuisine.
