This award winning race takes participants through San Francisco's beautiful Golden Gate Park.

As of 2020 the race has been run 37 times, and attracts close to 10,000 participants across the race distances offered (half marathon, 10k, and 5k).

The race supports local charities, as well as the local community and seeks to keep/get local residents active. That said, San Francisco is a world renowned travel destination in California and so it is easy to see why this race pulls in international participants too.

The 2021 race is being offered as a virtual event (due to the Coronavirus pandemic) and includes the 'Around-The-Bay Training Challenge'.
