Maratón Castellón

2020 was the 10th edition of the Marató Castelló an extremely popular Spanish race that takes place in Castellón de la Plana in Eastern Spain. It is held in high regard by the Spanish Athletics Federation (alongside the Barcelona Marathon, Valencia Marathon, and Seville Marathon).

Across the Marathon and 10k race options, this event attracted over 3,000 participants in 2020.

The marathon race route takes in the city and finishes in the stunning Parque Ribalta. The city is 30 miles from El Grao de Castellon, a marina that plays host to a number of lovely bars and restaurants. You are also in the vicinity of beaches, and mountains so post race you can go and embrace nature in a number of forms and/or relax in the historic city.
