The Frog Graham Round applies the spirit of the classic Lakeland rounds to swim-run: instead of bridging the lakes by road, you swim them. The circuit takes in 13 summits, including Skiddaw, and four open-water crossings, with around 3,000 m of climbing in between. The round is self-certified. Finishers submit their GPS evidence to the ratifying club, which is exactly what the checker on this page produces: upload your GPX and it verifies every summit, water entry and exit against the official checkpoints.
