The Wainwrights are the 214 Lake District fells given a chapter in Alfred Wainwright's seven Pictorial Guides to the Lakeland Fells (1955-1966), grouped here by volume: the Eastern, Far Eastern, Central, Southern, Northern, North Western and Western Fells. The list ranges from Scafell Pike at 978 m to Castle Crag at 290 m, the only fell under 1,000 ft. There is no time limit and no required order: a Wainwrights round is completed across as many outings as it takes. A fell counts as visited when a recording of yours passes within 150 m of its summit. Connect Strava and your history is scanned automatically, with detected summits suggested for you to confirm; you can also upload a GPX file, or record a visit manually.
