Run Czech

RunCzech is a running company based out of the Czech Republic. They run a number of races across the Czech Republic and Italy including the World Athletics Gold Label Prague Marathon.

They work closely with the Czech Athletics Federation, and major sponsors (who include Mattoni and Birell) to help promote running in the country.

Initiatives include Mattoni FreeRun - 90 free to use 5km running tracks across the Czech Republic. They are spread around the country in prominent locations such that there is always someone else to run with, and many are supported by trained running coaches.

RunCzech have also embraced technology and provide an official mobile app which acts as a great accompaniment for their race events. It offers guides to all of their races, allows friends and family to track runners, and also details locations of FreeRun routes around the country.
